well the best thing to do in this situation is to go to an ulta,SEPHORA store especially because they give you a free consultation and tell you the best products to buy and give you free samples. You can walk up to any of the associates in sephora and they would love to help you. They can see your face and hair and know exactly what to do with you and tell you while they are doing it. I went in there jst looking for a lipstick and walked out of there with my makeup all done looking like a model or something. They are great people there. go to sephora.com to find out the nearest onegood luck girl!

For a round face you need volume to your hair. Flat hair styles probably tend to make your face seem even rounder. A hairstyle that allows you to have layers or more volume or waves or curls will give your face a more oval look. It will still be a round face and there's nothing wrong with that but having your hair styled in ways that are up can help tremendously.

Enjoy!

By adding shadow blush in the hollow of cheek to contour the face you you make it appear longer and thinner while making the apples of the cheeks stand out. A paler shade of the same hue is best for apples of the cheek, then blend the shadow into color lightly. Contouring done, I would go with a fuller hair style with long lengths of light layering with lots of height on top, I would then have face framed with shirred angled hair which curls toward the chin slightly . This will make the face appear longer and thinner.

Wallah! The appearance of an oval or rectangular face! Let me know how it turns out!

This link has tips on selecting a flattering hair cut w/ photos: http://beauty.about.com/od/hairbasics/a/flattering.htm

You want to add volume on top & minimize it on the sides of the head. Avoid styles that bring focus to the chin.

Grooming your brows will help too. Here's an illustration: http://www.eyebrowz.com/faceshape.htm & here's the best online article on how to groom brows: http://www.cosmeticscop.com/learn/makeup.asp?ID=175

As for makeup, I you can try a bronzer or brownish blush to add a bit of contour at the cheeks. Video of how to apply: http://www.allure.com/trends/2007/03/subindex_video

Pull your hair away from your face either by cut or hairstyle. No bangs. Lots of volume! Good Luck and God Bless!

A round face is cute, but if you want to lose it, apply your blush from your cheekbones towards your jawline in a slightly darker shade.

Darker, more redish blush adds structure.
Try to stay away from light pinks.
Hope I helped some =)

Just go to a salon and ask the beauticians there. They will be the ones to be able to answer this question most accurately.
