i just bought a fish tank and i dont want to over crowd it how many should i put in it

as many as you think is esthetically pleasing, remember that during dark hours they take in oxygen so reduce the amount for the fish remember to use an air stone when the lights go off.

Put about 5 tall once in the back 3 in the middles and 7 in the front ti have a horizon view.

It shouldnt matter as long as they arent cichlids. Alot of plants can overcrowd the tank, but if positioned right can also really be nice. Just be creative.

u should put about 11 plants around the edges of the tank if u put them in the center,u wont be able to see them

also to add to the guy above
the plants will take in the oxygen and release carbon dioxide, whis is bad for fish
