Please define "poor job analysis." Do you mean that the employers did not evaluate the job description correctly? The employee corrrectly? The employee did not understand their position well enough?

Thanks.

I work it daily. I work for a county government that likes to pretend they do job analysis' but they don't or morons do them. We have work dumped on us that isn't in the job description which they cover with "other duties as assigned".

Moral sucks, turnover is high and they have a problem hiring competent employees because they want experience and education that don't com close to matching the pay.

Benefits are good...that's why I'm still here. That and the misquided hope things will change.
