Okay first thing you need to do is go to Start>Right-Click on My Computer>Properties>System Restore Tab> Put a check mark in the box to turn off system restore option>Apply.
Then run your anti-virus,spyware and defrag your system. Run a Disk clean-up too.
Restart your computer go back to the system restore tab and uncheck the box. ( so that you will have a restore point if something happens to your computer).
Also AVG is a very good anti-virus and it is free =)

i'd reccomend that you run a full system scan (you do have a virus protection program, right?) if not, download a free one like AVG from the internet and run it. Also, try running disk clean up afterwards in system tools. That may help increase your bandwidth a little if removing the trojan doesn't.

Disable trend micro pc-cillin internet security.
Try scanning with some antivirus online scanner like http://www.bitdefender.com/
and a security/antivirus scanner like http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/home.asp?langid=ie&venid=sym&plfid=23&pkj=QVLBZTVOGXFSTZHSZPW&bhcp=1
Download a antivirus program.
AVG and Avast has some free ones.
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1
http://www.avast.com/eng/avast-virus-cleaner.html
and scan.
You can uninstall it if you want later.
Also have some spyware/adware removers like Ad Aware SE Personal and Spybot-S&D.
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html
( Download Ad Aware here http://www.download.com/3000-2144-10045910.html )
AVG also have a free anti spyware.
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1
http://www.econsultant.com/spyware-database/how-to-remove-adware.html
*Note: Have only one antivirus program and one firewall installed on you computer.
Adware/spyware removers are ok to have more of.

My PC have Active Virus Shield, Ad-Watch and Ad-Aware. They work well specially in internet viruses like trojans. Ask a programmer about it. But I say it works! and it works good.

my trend is ok, but you need to step up, use Avast. It's free and simple to use, an alarm goes off when it spots a virus/trojan/worm or w/e and deletes it off you computer. I use it myself and I am highly satisfied with it....
