How do you go about starting online play the the PSP?

I have MLB '07 The Show and I want to play other people with the online play mode. I also have other games as well so it's not necessarilly Baseball. If I need anything like a USB port or something please let me know? Also, How do you download games to the PSP?

You will have to have a wifi connection with with your own wireless router or one that is open to you or the public, like a school, library, or restaurant.
