Short answer: No, neither
Long answer: What were you saying right before she made the remark? Commenting on their (in)convenience? Saying that only vain people wear them? (Well, probably not, but that was an available opinion a few decades ago.) Or what?
Why didn't you ask right then, "Is that a compliment, girlfriend, or a put-down?"

People always seem to be looking for a way to be offended. I wouldn't worry about it. I'm sure she was just stating the obvious: that it's much more convenient without glasses to deal with, and your eyes would be more visible without glasses.

I would say compliment. Maybe she thinks you have beautiful eyes, and your glasses hide them. Maybe she wants to see them out in the open.....
