I have worked with those kind and it makes getting the job done harder.
They usually try to get out of work by hoping to push it on someone else

I've said all my life... don't try to convince me or try to change me to your way of thinking and I won't try to change you over to my way of thinking.
That means anything - religion, politics, who is the best actor, the best baseball player, etc, etc. Everyone has their own ideas and ideals and most of them are different from mine.
