Hecks No, don't get mad! Everybody farts!
Next time before he starts eating slip him a little "Beano" It should cut his gas problem down before it even starts.
Or you could just put a little fan down on the floor to blow his "windage" in the other direction.
You could always just toss a blanket over him next time he "floats an Air Biscuit" and give him the "Dutch Oven" treatment.
Then again, if you follow the golden rule of "He who smelt it...... Delt it" It could be you, and not dear old Grandpa letting the "Silent but Deadly" ones rip. If that is the case, you can always blame it on the dog. (If you have one)

Your grandpa is old enough he has "earned" the right to fart at the dinner table.

Farting is a natural bodily function. "More room on the outside than in."...my father would say.
If the smell is what is bothering you, politely ask him to take it away from the table so as not to ruin your appetite. Otherwise, become an adult and get used to it.

Yeah, you have the "right" get mad, but why?
Just laugh, you won't have him around forever, and then you'll smile when you remember how he used to fart at the table.

Don't get mad, just quietly give him a high five, strike a match, and go about your meal as if nothing happened. Why is that so hard?

seat him as far away at the table from you as possible for now. just remember (if you love him), you'll miss his stinky old man farts after he's gone.

Yes because that is nasty and disgusting and rude, noone wants to hear that while they are eating food, he needs some gas ex or some baking soda and water...it`ll help!
