Yes, I'd like carbon caps for all people that wish to wear them. I assume they'll have an adjustable band in the back

Personally, I think EVERYONE needs to start taking a bit more personal attention and (ouch) personal thought and responsibility. Don't get me wrong, I'm no saint in this regard,, but given a choice, I'd be total solar, wind, etc. power....It is sort of a 'no-brainer' and I suspect that most folks would embrace such a choice..i.e. a 'clean' one, if it was available.

It is no secret that our country and the world is driven by consumer demand. If and when the demand becomes a driving force, then 'business" will adjust to meet it, but not until the consumer, in essence, demands it. That is to say, if we demand clean energy sources, the marketplace will respond. So, it is up to us as individual consumers to 'demand' it. This is nothing more then simple economics.. Blessings...

Its all B.S. just a new way to tax air.... what ever the US does to cut emissions, China and India will increase there emissions. When US factorys close because they cant afford compliance, a new factory will open in Asia probally US owned. Just giving our manufacturing jobs away to cheaper labor, until this country is a half of what it used to be.

No, because it would do one of two things. The first is that it would set such lax standards that nothing would need to change, and the legislation would just be another money hole. The more frightening alternative is that it will so drastically restrict commerce (something which Congress is Constitutionally forbidden from doing) that the economy will tank. What a lovely picnic that would be.
