Have you tried looking at your Red Alert 2 CD or the packaging that came with your purchase? Your other option is to contact EA Games.

More games are going to online game play and sharing a CD Key/Code will flag that value so that nobody will be able to use it. Anyone sharing their key is essentially invalidating their key.
