I used to say Romaine all the time, because it has more color and flavor.
School cafeterias never used to serve it, and that was a big bummer.
Now I prefer the crunch of iceberg. 1/4 head is great with homemade ranch!

I'm with you. For most of my life, I only ate iceberg. I've recently switched, and I love the romaine!

Romaine, I only eat iceberg on burgers because it is a filler lettuce.
