On a daily basis she will come at me like she my mother, then some days she holds conversation normally, then another day she acting all smart alexy. What should I do? So far, I've just been doing my work and keeping to myself not even conversating with her. Is this the right thing to do?

Well the worse part about this is that # 1, I don't work in her department the way they arranged seating I got stuck next to her. #2 I'm the youngest person on my floor...I'm 26 and she's like late 50's early 60's so she shouldn't be acting this way. #3 It wouldn't make sense to tell anyone cause she talks to the head person I would have to report to, they are like best buds. So, I'm looking for a new job...but in the mean time keeping to myself and doing my work.

Maybe she's taking night courses on psychology and practicing on you for feedback.
I think you are doing the right thing if she's not talking about work. She'll get the message.

what's up with sagging pants? i think of it seems ridiculous, extraordinarily when I see men strolling alongside & they could carry their pants up so they won't supply way. guess law enforcement officers like it nevertheless, less difficult to capture while the dummies have their pants around their ankles!
