Erratic Power Supply?

I got home from work today, started my computer, and started playing Garry's Mod. About ten minutes later my Power supply acts up for no apparent reason. How do I fix this? My Power supply is 500 watts.

If you know the problem is the power supply, go buy a new one and replace it. They aren't that expensive.

On the otherhand, if another part of the system is causing a periodic overload causing the Power supply to be erratic, you'll need to find out where the problem is exactly.
