yes i did. but ive learned that if you want to be nice, you tell the truth, even if it does hurt. Even if it its to make the feel better, its only temporary. There going to find out the truth, and when they do they'll just be hurt more.

i found that "nice" is just another way of keeping people liking you. you say whatever will cause the person to still consider you a good person.
if it is something that makes them feel good overall and does not lead them into false delusions, then go for it. if it helps them as a person, a lie is not bad.
if it is just because you dont' want to look like the bad guy, then i dont think so. if they would be better off knowing the truth, then tell the truth.

I'm not talking about in a Simon Cawell (sp?) way: which is done untactfully in front of the entire nation. You can still be tactful about it.

But there is a difference between leading someone to believe somthing is true when it is entirely untrue. THAT, i would not call being nice.

Sometimes a thing called a little white lie is good for a person's morale. However to be used only when you are sure there will be no recourse. Not to mention knowing you made someone feel good today! :)

nope! if ppl dont like what i have to say...fk em. if you dont tell them the truth, dont expect that they'll tell you the truth. The only way to be a strong successful person is to always know the truth. Remember, if your answering a question like, "do i look fat in this"? then chances are the person asking the question knows your a liar becuase unless you're like me and will answer honestly, then your just another simple person in the world.

yah. i really try to be honest. but i never want to hurt someone's feelings. So, if they asked me if i tough they were fat, i would probably say no. I f they really were fat, i wouldn't put too much emphasis, but if they were normal or thin, i would really emphasiz ethat they are crazy to think that they are fat. So... yah. but sometimes i am totally honest if they really want to know the truth and it would help if they did know the truth.

Sometimes I don't have any other choices other than that because I don't want to hurt people's feeling.

You have to sometimes. Little white lies, just so someone won't get their feelings hurt.
