Why do you have to aspire to these things.........can't you be ok with who you are and what you are?

We all came into this world the same way we are all going out of this world the same way. I do not like Elitist personalities.........

You can be all these things without being labeled or having a title.................

I kind of like "Rena's" answer. I might also add that it is difficult to aspire to any of these titles since they are merely judgements of other people. Aspiring to be what others judge you to be, I think, may in some way imply that you aspire, above all, and in all respects to be liked by others.

I would say that is this is least of my concerns in life since I feel it is a mostly impossible aspiration. Some people are always not going to like me or who they deem I really am.

But, to sort of answer your question, I guess I think we should all just be the best we can be with the resources we have available to us and that are contained within us. And, perhaps we should hope that we are at least loved, respected, and admired by some and that we love, respect, and admire ourselves.

Anywazzzz, just an alternate side of the coin...

We’ll have to go for the most successful person ever because that covers a lot. But we would settle for anyone of them, even the bad ones like smelliest, or grumpiest. Just to be the most of anything would be something, if only for a little while. After we had our moment in the spotlight we could gracefully step down to a smellier or grumpier person.

A nice person
A trustworthy person
A wise person
A good person
A generous person
A loving person
A feeling person
A sad person
A glade person
A thankful person

I like Frogg. A friend of mine gave me that title a long time ago. There is a saying in the music business, Frogs have big ears. It means that I can hear the changes pretty well. My Latino friends call me Torro Sappo (which is backwards, but I'm dyslexic so it works for me) but my German friends call me Sofa Kartoffalen (German for Couch Potato) - go figgur! It isn't the biggest or the best, but it suits me.

My grandchildren tell me that to them and their friends I'm "a legend, Poppa!" I'm glad for their sake, but it makes me uneasy. Just being known by name will do for me, even though like all names and titles it is only a "made up" one.

None, thank you very much. Any "title" would be subjective, & given the disparity of people, I'd have quite a mixed bag.
