I took this personality test and it says that I am INTP. They are introverted thinkers. I dont agree. I love being around people but am to lazy to go out with my friends. I rather stay home. When Im alone I feel depressed and lonely but thats when Im at my best. During that time I read faster, do better school work and draw better, but Im still depressed and lonely. It is true about being around to many people makes me angry and upset but sometimes I feed off of others energy. If people are in a shitty mood I feel good, if they're in a good mood, I wont feel good about my self. What's up with that?

man, no one is completely an introvert or completely an extrovert.. we are all both to varying levels.. your scale may be tipped to introvert.. but I'd say you are a lot closer to balanced than even myself.. that's all.. don't let it bother you.

What the person who gave you the results failed to mention to you is that this personality is more preferences and also on a continuum. If you are comfortable with being with others and by yourself, it may come out as a slight preference for being an Introvert, but that doesn't mean you are extremely introverted. Also, you don't have to prefer being alone to be an introvert, having small groups of friends also is consistent with being an introvert (i.e. a few good friends over many friends you barely know)..
Hope that helps.

An Introverted result in Myers Briggs testing doesn't mean you don't like people or that they don't like you. I am an INTP too, and I love people, it just means you are not as outgoing and a ENTP. INTP's are very likable people and often very good in social settings. It is the ENTJ's you need to watch out for. Most INTP's just like smaller people settings, while E's are more comfortable in large groups of people. The one thing Myer's Briggs said is there is no right or wrong result to the test, just personality indicators. But, between you and me, the INTP's are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
