We just had a full moon last night. I work in an office and I have noticed that people are crankier. I get a lot of people calling with nasty tones for the simplest things that need to done. I had one guy call in and he could not make his appointment on time so I told him we had nothing later to see him as the schedule was packed. Well he ended up showing up at the right time. We moved someone else's appointment because they wanted to come in earlier and now they are waiting in the waiting room and it's been like an hour. This person did not make himself look bad he made us look bad.
