Khaky pants in a medium-dark beige tone,
baby blue shirt , well pressed,
brown shoes ( try to get a good brand, and think that they have to be confortable) ,
brown belt that matches shoes
and socks 1-2 tones darker than pants.
It looks very elegant and clean while in the floor and you can use it also at constructions , to make it more casual free a button while in the field.
These colors blend easier than any other colors and they look cleaner for a longer time
Good Luck!

Try wearing pants that combine characteristics, like jean-styling, in black, or in a dressier material than denim--velvet in winter, linen or lightweight cotton in summer. Add a jacket of some kind, over a classic shirt, or even a stylish t-shirt. If you need to, just slip the jacket off for the construction site. Instead of heels, go for boots with a medium heel. There are many styles that are comfortable to walk in and dress up or down easily. As a designer, you are a creative person and usually that means people expect you to dress a little more imaginatively than the standard suit uniforms so typical for office workers or sales people. Of course, it also depends on where you work.

Polo shirt and khaki slacks can transition back and forth between the two very easily. Dress shoes in the sales floor, and work shoes on the job. (Don't forget that hard hat!)

2] buy comfy, low or no heel shoes [ ballet flats? ]
3] wear slacks
4] in you car, carry work boots [ for mud ], hard hat, and scrunchy for your hair.
