I did this once to my cousin, too. Here's some stuff you can do to them:
Hair:
Put colorful clips in it.
Tie it with bows.
If it's long enough, put hair elastics in it.
Clothes:
Definitely a dress, in a girly color like pink.
Fishnet tights.
Really high heels, pink like the dress.
Chunky necklaces, bracelets, rings, and clip-on earrings.
A big handbag.
Make them wear a really big bra and stuff it with toilet paper.
Makeup:
Dark red, heavily applied blush.
Bright red lipstick.
Sparkly, shiny lipgloss.
Lip liner.
So much foundation that their faces look powdery.
Black mascara.
Black eyeliner.
Increbily bright eyeshadow, in lots of different colors, applied all the way up to the eyebrows.
Spray them with perfume so that they smell like girls.
Something glittery, like glitter spray or glitter powder, applied all over them.

I am thinking blonde wigs, push-up bras and animal prints! Really do it up! And make them talk in a high girly voice. Oh and when guys hit on them, they have to flirt back!

I suggest you make them look as attractive as you can so that all the guys come on to them...what better revenge than that...but of course you must not get jealous if they come on to them and not you!

Dress them in miniskirts and heels, and go out to a dance club. They have to dance with each other, or with other boys, and each of them has to put on lipstick and then kiss at least one boy.

1] miniskirts - make them shave their legs
2] 'do' their hair - curls or braids
3] bras stuffed with hose- put masking tape across the back so hose doesn't fall out.
4] lots of makeup - especially the eyes
5] halter, camisole, or tubetop
6] don't forget a manicure!
7] add bracelets

normal girl things to wear , like nursers uniforms etc , but if you know of any other male friends that are by-sexual, then get them to join your plan , and to torment the lads all night , asking them for kisses etc , then try to get them to a party in a lesbian or gay club.
that will knock the COCKenes out of them.
