depends on who the people are. i mean, lets be honest. i care very much what my wife and kids think of me. i care very little what the neighbor down the street thinks of me.
and yet, i'd more readily embarrass myself (Sing, act the fool) in front of friends and family than i would in front of strangers.
go figure...that's a bit of a paradox.

of course not. I like to have fun and I don't care what others think if they don't like it that is their business. If you don't care what people think you will be happier.

However, those I love and care for & about? Of course, their thoughts matter the world to me.

Hmm? I guess I do, way too much. I like people to like me, and respect me, and think I'm kewl, fun, loving & kind. So I try to please everyone, and end up not pleasing myself. But I guess that's the price I pay. And..."This too, shall pass." The only person I really HAVE to please is God and I'm trying my best at that. God bless you!
