I have a 4.0, really hard college credit, honors, and AP courses, tons of extracurriculars, projected score on the ACT is 29-34

Is is hard to get a full-ride or close (like 75%)?

Good luck, but unfortunately your chances are much better if you are all-state in basketball, tennis, golf, volleyball, or other sport. Really!!! Especially for young women, with Title VIII requiring an equal number of athletic scholarships for women and men, most "full-ride" scholarships go to athletes, not scholars!

I can't speak for Villanova, but at the fairly similar school where I work, full-ride scholarships are offered to less than 1% of students. If the question is, can you get financial aid to cover almost everything, the answer is yes, but that aid will include things like work-study, loans, and, if you are eligible, government grants.
