Vasectomies are extremely effective. Ejaculation still happens, there's just no sperm in it. I wouldn't waste my time with Plan B, unless of course I thought there was a chance he was lying to me.

How long has she known this guy? Does she really believe that he is fixed? If I where her I would go to plane parent hood and get the morning after pill to be on the safe side.

It entirely depends on how much she trusts that this guy is telling the truth, or whether he just really wanted to have sex and they didn't have birth control and he lied. If it's someone she doesn't know well or doesn't trust completely, tell her to be safe and go with Plan B. Better safe than sorry.

Why wouldn't he be able to come inside her if he is "fixed"???
He can still come it just won't have any sperm! What you think men get vasectomies and never have sex again?!?
I never heard of that but just so she knows if she is pregnant I heard Plan B is the worst pain you will ever feel. I personally don't know though sorry!

Best to be safe. If she isn't sure she not only needs to get Plan B, but reliable birth control as well.

The Plan B isn't supposed to be used for regular birth control. SHE needs to still protect herself.

First, I think there is confusion about vasectomy for a man. He can still release semen.
Secondly, if your friend is pregnant (which is really doubtful), the Plan B or morning after pill will cause a very early abortion.
So no, don't take it b/c there's a chance that a tiny human life might be killed.

For her sake I would tell her to get the plan b pill. I know he is her b/f but to be on the safe side I would get the pill myself. Tell your friend good-luck.
