I don't think Lindsey Lohan should be #1, she shouldn't even be in the top 10... But your list is wrong too. J Lo is not #1... And how dare you exclude Jessica Alba from the list!! Not only should she have been on the top 5, but she should be #1 on that list!

Lindsay Lohan is so overrated, I think her PR machine paid Maxim to do this. I've seen extras in tv shows who are hotter than her. As far as number 1, that's in the eye of the beholder. I like Jessica Alba myself.
