I think it is an intuitive thing sometimes. With both of my pregnancies, I had a feeling before I had any real signs or symptoms. I just somehow knew. My first actual sign was pain in my lower back at about two weeks past conception then my second sign was odd food aversions like I no longer wanted my early morning life-saving cup of coffee.

Sometimes. If they really know their body and how they feel before they get their period and stuff. Then I'm sure they might have that 6 sense that they can be pregnant without having to take a pregnancy test. But it's always good to take one just to be sure.

you cannot know for sure without the test, but you may experience symptoms similar to those that most women experience in the first trimester. And keep in mind, a lot of women still have their first period after conception. It is a lot lighter, and usually doesn't last as long.

There's not a way to know for sure without the test, but many experience symptoms before they test, like nausea, crampings, spotting, frequent urination and fatigue.

No. They can guess, but it would be just that, a guess. You can't know for sure without a positive pregnancy test.

Medically, no. You have to miss a period first unless you get an early bloodtest. That is the only means of confirming, medically.
