Yeah. I am going to walk up to a complete stranger and say. You got snot hanging out of your nose. Don't you think you should clean it off. lmao.

I will usually tell them. Not too long ago a woman was walking down the street with her skirt in her pantyhose. I parked got out of my car and told her. I felt bad for her because guys were all winking at each other and pointing. I guess I ruined their fun.

If I knew them or they I would potentially be seeing them in the future I would tell them, but if not I'd pretend I did not see.
