I saw the video. I can't argue, because we had a debate about it. But when September 11th occured, I didn't believe it was staged. I'd say it was an isolated incident. However, the management of the situation, could have been dealt with better. Although, it is scary of how politics play with the situation. To people like them, they can use propaganda, and faith against people who support them. Many won't agree with this. But their true intention, will show.
When G. Bush came out w/ a phrase "You're either with us or against us" He basically came out with an ultimatum threat, that the country should side with the United States, no matter what. I have heard phrases from people like them, saying "If you are not for the war in Iraq, then you are against the United States" and people like them, are the worst. Because they think a nuclear war would solve problems. The fact of it, after a nuclear war. This could take at least a century to rebuild. But you can erradicate the problems, in this world.
I believe the way politics has gone in the United States, this country has reached its peak of power, and many people has/has not seen it. The same scenario has happened to Romans, Greeks, and Great Britain in its Victorian Era. The problem is greed. The players are getting greedier and it will be the cause of a downfall.

Not yet but if the majority keeps sleeping and getting caught up in hypes without focusing on the real issue's it might very well be soon.

"In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the militaryindustrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.

We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together." Military-Industrial Complex Speech, Dwight D. Eisenhower, 1961

The video don't really say this, but it looks like corporate fascim, which is a new form and I do believe most of what is said in this video, it make sense and even if from peoples point of view it may look fascim to the max, I do understand why the US has needs for such thing and the consequences of not doing so are much more dangerous than doing it in the long term.
In any case, I am not sure those neocons will succeed in their plans, as I believe that they could not foresee everything that will come to them, as they already did not foresee the current insurgency in Irak (at least they let us believed...).
Lets see, but prepare to get out of this country if its going sour...

I wish people would stop calling everyone they disagree with a fascist dictator. You only lessen the horror that was fascism when you do that. It is insulting to all who died under the brutal Nazi regime. You demean the millions of souls who were deliberately and horribly killed by these madmen.

You are entitled to your opinion, such as it is, but I implore you to stop using this term.

And please stop blaming corporations for all the evil in the world as well. This is a page right out of the socialist play-book. You and I and everyone else who invests in the stock market either directly or through retirement plans ARE the corporations. Corporations are owned by you and me. They are not private companies like those of the Robber Barrons of yesteryear.

Corporations have far less influence with politicians than you think. They usually contribute to both parties as a means of self protection from hostile legislation. That is the sad truth. Microsoft was never a big contributor and look what democrats nearly did to them. Lawsuit after lawsuit. Hostile legislation after hostile legislation. Finally, Gates starts to contribute and ... well what do you know. MS is no longer on the front burner now is it?

Conservatives are idiots sometimes. each and every thing is against them; the information media, universities, Hollywood, Europe, Canada, the checklist is going on and on. they suspect what they desire to have faith regardless of knowledge.

No. The United States is a free market and people can do whatever they want with their lives. If you want to start a business, you can. If you want to be a drug dealer, you can. It is called capitalism.

Fascism would be more of corporations tagging with the government and having equal power over the citizens. In the US, it is your choice to work in a corporation or do whatever you wish, although you are somewhat 'forced' to maintain a job to survive, but that is probably the best way to live life with millions of people in competition.
