I am sick of receiving bids for $25,000-40,000 when there is absolutely no reason for it to be that high! If you are a professional sider who would be willing to guarantee your work and do it at a very fair price, please send me a message with your bid. I do not want the bottom of the line siding and I know I can purchase it myself for much less than what I would pay for a sider to purchase it. I am strictly asking for someone to come in and do the job, and do it right!

first off ,,in Texas you can not buy it as cheap as i can,,i am talking good stuff ,,not the crap at depot or lowes, and I would venture that holds true for Mo. also,
,that said I dont know what your people have told you what it cost them,,but they are probably lying to you,,
next I dont understand your figures:

The house is rougly 3,500 sq. ft.
The soffitt and fascia is 335 sq. ft.
4 sq. ft for porch ceiling.
2 garage door wraps
3 entry door wraps
46 feet of fascia

porch ceiling is awful small
what is height of walls
what prep work is needed--what is there now
how many windows--shutters included
metal facia or vinyl
do you need insulation or just house wrap
hip roof or gable
is 335 the perimeter of house
flat yard--what kind of bushes are in the way
ball park --perimeter 335- 1 story-2 foot cornish
$15,000 should do it

First of all, everyone would need to know how many square feet you are talking about. Or the dimensions of the house you want to be sided (how how many sides the lengths of each side and the heights as well). Also it is important to consider how many vertices or corners there are and how high those are as well as the widths and lengths of all the facias and soffits (the small overhang on the sides under the roof). With that information it would be alot easier for someone with some knowlege of bidding out the project would need to know in order to give you an accurate estimate.

Ususally professional siders have license agreements with the manufacturers of the product that have been specifically trained to do the job correctly. This training, for which the installation company has paid for in order for the manufacturer to guarantee the quality of their product, adds to the cost of the expense of placing a guarantee of the work in question.

Another important thing to consider is that a licensed general contractor that gives you a bid on this project has the job of managing all the companies or people involved in the project which also adds to the cost of siding the house.

Your best bet is always get the job done right and let the general contractor do his job. Pay the expenses noted and you will avoid any potential future problems with the siding.

To get a good idea of what you should pay: go to Home depot and get an estimate, they'll do it free, they also have a good line of siding. I bought mine there.
You can also go to Lowes or some other large place like this.
Don't jump at these "I'll do it cheap contractors" I've been in the business for 47 years and know what I'm talking about.

on the grounds that those are no longer AKC known breeds you merely isn't waiting to discover an excellent breeder for them. that is worthwhile to to objective the rescue shelters and local animal shelters first.
