Two names come to mind with me.Diamond Back or Shell Shocked.I would also say a politacal name that comes to mind,since he's slow to win this stupid war in Iraq,but that may get your poor turtle voted out of the House around the year 2008.So I'll put a lid on that one name.

I think Pugglies is a good name for a turtle.I use to have a turtle and it's name was Bobby.
