Because Damon Dash Jay-z's ex partner wanted to sign Cam ron to rocafella but Jay-Z didn't like so Dash helped him form Dipset Records and when Jay-Z screwed Dash out of his share of rocafella Cam ron and Dash has been dissing Jay-Z since. But Jay-Z killed them on "Lost One" when he told them since they said they made Jay-Z make another one.

well i kno lil wayne is working on an album with juelz santana..so that kind of explains the "teaming up with dipset part"..however i wouldn't say they have decided to take on jay-z, 50 cent, clipse and pharell....i dont know the story with 50, but the jay-z vs wayne beef has been goin on since late last year.
