if they aren't doing anything about it, try going to the police.
a little girl around where I live died because child services did nothing when the abuse was reported many times....but no one contacted the police.
please do something soon to save a childs life

Just because a child has a bruise is no reason to be calling Child Protective Services. What's the real story here?

Between learning how to ride a bike and learning how to skate the bruises could be a normal part of growing up its not all about child abuse. If they haven't done anything maybe nothing is wrong.

each time you call CPS they have to investigate no matter what, if you believe that the child is in danger keep calling, if you hear fighting or excessive crying call the police, you have to be the voice for that child when it can't be for itself.

You need to call a domestic abuse hotline and get someone on the phone they will help the person that is getting abuse you can call your local police department and they will have numbers for you to call in your area. You need to act fast.

Keep calling them until you see something happen, or see if they can tell you if they found anything bad or not.
It could just be kids being kids and they didn't see anything wrong.
