When I was younger, in my late teens to my mid 20s, I was single for the most part...way over 6 years, since age of 17. Let me tell you, I had the best time of my life. Sure I didn't go on double dates with my friends, or go on road trips with them and their partners because I would be the only single guy there. That didn't stop me from enjoying life though. I traveled alone, I met most interesting people ever. I was a wingman at bars, I was the guy with a plan. I was the person who people could rely on since I was single and had all the time in the world. I realized who my true friends are and who will be trumped by the machine. A friend in need is a friend indeed, as they say. Remember that. It comes useful at all times. Some people tried to hook me up with their other friends; many one night stands, but no relationships. I didn't commit, not because I was afraid as some claimed, but because I loved my life and situation I was in. Relationships are time consuming, and I just didn't want to ruin my life style. But eventually I met my wife, and I knew I'll marry her one day, because she was not like anyone else I met before.

Yes i do very much. Now that i'm single i have so much fun and i think more about myself and what i want and what are my needs. I just love not having to give explanations for everything and having to mind other ppl feelings if I want to go out with my friends.

Yes. I think very few couples are actually in true love. Most of them are with their partner because either get lonely being by themselves or they just want sex. It's better to be single than to be with someone who doesn't truly love you.

Being single was fun!! Im in a relationship but I dont feel that it is true love!! Single is more fun!

to honest it has its moments... for example when I'm asked do i have a man in my life i say no I'm not lieing i can date who i want when i want. however at time i get that etch to be married and settled in our home with kids and traveling with a family instead of these single trips with girlfriends and men i don't wanna share a room with. i think i want a nice clean home a yard (with a garden) and dinner parties here and there for couples.

I am married now & happy with that but I also was happy single. I had to argue with mom & others that you can be happy single & you have not failed at anything. Complete freedom is nice.
