No now, but have in the past so I prioritize everything as to what is number l and most important to do and go on down the list. That really helps relieve the stress.

No, I do not suffer from an overloaded schedule. I seem to always have nothing but plenty of time on my hands. Maybe because I'm physically challenged and I do not work. Hmm.

yes. I feel like i am totally slammed all the time. I was going to school, working 40 hours a week, working out 4 days and still spending time with my boyfriend. I cut a few things out of the schedule and it ahs been working great so far...
