How about most screwed up drunken celeb? That'd be more appropriate. The same people who voted for Lindsay as hottest, believe Paris Hilton is hot too- and I think that women is a disgrace to female-kind.
Jessica Alba or Jessica Beil on the other hand? Genetically blessed and beautiful.

jessica alba blows lindsay right out of the water. I think they just pick who's hotter at the moment and it happens to be lindsay cause of her constant presence in the news. Have you seen lindsay without make-up? Ewwwwwww...I have seen jessica alba and she still looks hot.
