I am a conservative and I am not against immigration. I am against illegal immigration. President Bush is not a conservative, he is a moderate. He has taken conservative positions (tax cuts) and liberal positions (spend, spend, spend). He has not taken anything near a conservative position on the boarders or amnesty. He has appointed conservative justices to the Supreme Court but he let Ted Kenndey write the education bill.

He is all over the place. If he was a true conservative, he could have accomplished great things. But in far too many cases, he failed to lead, he failed to stand up to the opposition and he failed to educate the American people.

Bush is very good a narrowing choices by setting paradigms. the problem is most people buy into his narrow scope and don't look for alternate possibilities.

See that guy that just posted "bush is a neo-con, closer to liberal ideas than republicans?"

I spewed soda all over my screen laughing at that.

So.....................that's the memo which has been sent out to all of 'em? to try to foist bush off on the liberals? When they've been screaming at us for seven years about how "unfair" it is that we HATE him so much?

God Almighty. These people KILL me, they really do.

NEWSFLASH: BUSH BELONGS TO *YOU GUYS.*

You ain't wiping that crap on US.

Bush doesn't know how to use new tactics. He has to attack everyone to get any support.
