I would be more worried that his cell mate Bubba has made use of his rear... more so than the female guards are giving it up to them. I've never heard of a female guard basically servicing the inmates like you are saying... I've always heard that the guys use the other guys for their needs...

NOW!!!!! That everyone has given their uneducated opinions I will tell you the truth.
I have a couple of friends who have been locked up for several years.
Sex between the inmate population is rare and usually only happens if the participants are gay in the first place.. Rape is even rarer. Sex with guards happens, but is rare also. Their are female guards in some of the men's prisons, but they're outnumbered by male guards 10 to 2. Most areas of the prison has more then one guard on staff, so for that reason it is very rare for a guard to get alone time with an inmate. Most of the sex that takes place is masturbation.
You have to also remember that the prison system has what are called levels. For example you have minimum security prisons all the way up to maximum security. Each prison, I'm sure, has different levels of sexual activity going on and different opportunities to engage in those activities. Just ask your husband to write you a letter about the activities, or lack of, taking place in the facility he is in.

My girlfriend works for the prison system and YES it happens all the time! You would be amazed at the things they get away with! Inmates send letters to guards and everything! I know some that get a P.O. box just so that its not traced to their house! Crazy crazy!

I know this sounds harsh but if you're worried about your husband sleeping with other women, then maybe you should find a husband that you can trust.
If your husband is loyal the he shouldn't have a reason to cheat on you with a female guard.
Honestly yes, sex in the prison system happens all the time, males with males, males with female and females with females, all of it happens but usually out of disparity.

no i don't think female guards may have sex with prisoners, if i were a guard i wouldn't, but I've heard a lot that the prisoners have sex among them.

He's either becoming a bottom or he is screwing some other guy....don't need to worry about him doing a female guard.

Such a thing is possible but I would worry more about the other male inmates (tell him not to bend over to pick up the soap in the shower).

Female guards are the last thing you need to be worried about. The anal rape is probably more likely.
