Google doesn't search every website... only the ones they accept. BUT, if I enter the complete web address on Google, will it pull up that website even though it is not listed with them?

I agree. Google does not search every website.

Google's "crawler" looks at ALL websites, if that's what you mean... The "crawler" is a piece of software that looks at websites throughout the internet, so as to be able to return results when somebody types in keywords on the search bar. In fact, many webmasters try to figure out ways to make their websites more noticeable by the "crawler"! It's an awesome idea, that the "crawler" tries to make Google sort of "omniscient".
