They can be hot, in a classy, seductive, suggestive kinda way. If worn correctly.
And if the right skirt (or dress). Some dark red, tight, red satin gown with super skinny straps and a low back with a super high slit up one thigh, hot.
A big, cotton, print skirt with too much fabric, and a big slit up the back, not hot.
Make sure it's the right skirt for the right occasion. And "go glam" with hair and makeup. Super hot!

Long skirts with one slit is hot, but with a slit on each side is even moreso.

Very hot. They are my favorite!
Short is nice, but long with the slit makes me crazy for some reason. I like the mystery and hint of what's undernieth. Classy too!
