im not a shoe scuffer, but i bought a pair of shoes that ended up being to big and they made me be a scuffer haha maybe alot of people have the wrong size shoes

aha! the great "to lace or not to lace" debate :o)
seems it isn't cool to tie up your laces any more, in consequence your shoes hang off and the only way to save your face and not show your bob the builder socks to all and sundry, is to scuff them along the ground...

because the heavy school bags force us to adopt a wierd posture, which might contribute to the dragging of feet. I don't drag, by the way :)

Their shoes are not tied tightly because it's more like wearing slippers, so the heals drag when they walk.

Are you sure they aren't wearing those Heelie roller skate shoes. Those things are so damn cool! I'm in my 20's and I want a pair. Do they come in adult sizes?

bcuz we're tired. or just bored. some ppl do it just to annoy, others do it to keep their pants up. i do it cuz im tired. or wearing sandals. they tend to flip n flop sometimes. i guess thats why theyre called flip flops.
some wannabe gangsta guys think theyre cool. theyre not. we tell them that too. they try to walk with a pimp gimp. we point and laugh. they never seem to get the hint that we're making fun of them.

well i walk like that because im very lazy i dont like getting up in the morning..but most people do it becaue their just tired and can't pick us their feet!!
