It may be kind of dated, but I would have to go with Thriller by Michael Jackson. It was so big at the time, such a cool video. When you put it into context, it's got to be one of the best ever.

I also remember the first time I saw the Head Like A Hole video by Nine Inch Nails. Pretty simple video, but with the time it came out and the state of music I just remember watching it and thinking that no group has ever rocked so hard. It was the perfect welcome mat to that period's industrial era. I also saw many bands pull the tape out of audio tapes and toss it everywhere when they played live right after it came out.

With honorable mention to anything Michel Gondry did. All those Bjork videos and the really neat Checmical Brothers one. He does amazing stuff.

I'm going to be honest. Although I was not born when the video came out I love Take On Me by A-Ha. It just makes me laugh. Especially when Family Guy put Chris in the video instead of the girl. Also I love the video for Last Night by Keyshia Cole and Diddy. Also I agree with the girl above me. I love Umbrella by Rihanna. Although I dont like her very much (Rihanna) the video's pretty good.

I really like the song and video for The Used's "The Bird & The Worm." The video is the perfect combination of horror and rock. It is also very interesting and has some strange points. The song is their usual style with a twist. The song and video are both top notch.

Classics. The Jacksons - Can You Feel It (awesome special effects for 1981...even today). And Michael Jackson's Thriller.
