Political stability wise: India
Government leadership wise: no comment
Sanitation wise: Pakistan (only because of lower population and lower population density and a few other things)
Facilities (electronics/medicne/education/etc.): India
Friendliness to stranger index: Pakistan (Can't remember the link but there was a research done internationally and India was among lowest and also in my opinion).
Sportswise: Equal (ups and downs on both sides but statiscally in popular sports like cricket and field hocky, Pakistan does do better).
Cuisine wise: Pakistan (In my opinion).
Technology, progress wise: India
Military wise: No comment (different scenarios will produce different results).
Foreign relations wise: No comment (where Pakistan lacks good relationship, India has good ones i.e. Israel and where India has poor relationship, Pakistan has good ones i.e. OIC).
Tourism wise: India (due to facilities)
Geographical beauty wise: Pakistan
Good/Bad people wise: Both are okay.
Temperature/Climate wise: Equal but some parts of Pakistan are very cold during winter and some parts are hotter than India during summer.

Both are the same country dear.
Its only divided by English people and some of our so called great politicians.
But this question is irrelevant and insulting from some point of view ! Can I ask the question -
who is better - English people from USA or UK
who is better - your mom or dad, you or your wife, your son or daughter ??

do you mean for holidays? i have been to Goa & Kerala in India...and these places are beautiful. havent been to Pakistan..so cant comment on that.
