I am half russian ,half iranian !!! but i live in the UK !!! I have both russian and persian pride and love both countries !!! I am 18 and my information about politics is really low and don't really listen to the news or anything!! So I was wondering how is the relatinship between these 2 countries?? (both between the people and the government) !! I heard that if there is gonna be a war with Iran russia will be on Iran's side !! but can someone please explain properly about their relationship?

Russia depends on Iran for a lot of the oil it uses. Also Iran purchases a lot of weapons from Russia.
Don't be surprised if Iran uses those weapons - on Russia.

I am Persian but I thought the relationship between Russia nad Iran was good. Myself like you I dont listen to news either.
