The quick answer is, no, you can't get there from here. Short of doing an uninstall on every program you want to remove, there is no way to do what you want to do. There might be one way, a system backup. Do you have a backup from way back when, before installing the stuff you want to remove? If so, you could do a restore and that would put your system back to that point in time. Your best bet is to simply dig out your original system disks, wipe the hard disk and reinstall the works.

Pull-up your start menu.
Choose "Settings"
Choose "Control Panel"
Double click on "Add or Remove Programs"
Wait for menu to load.
Click on program, choose "Remove"
Repeat last step above until programs you don't want are removed.
Drawback is, as soon as some programs are removed, they cause a reboot.
As for second or more HD's, pull-open your DOS window and type /format #: (where # is the drive letter). Or, you can simply use windows itself to format the other drives.
You can also use the Uninstall Wizard that most programs come with now-a-days to remove unwanted programs. :D

You can uninstall the programs. "Zero" the drive? If you mean take it back to just the os, no, you pretty much have to reformat and reload.

You can't. By definition "Zeroing your harddrive" wipes out everything. Now if you have another seperate drive you could format it or use a program such as Wipe Drive to erase it.
