Rabbit pellets are normally composed mainly of alfalfa hay, then soybean meal along with oats, wheat middlings, timothy hay, minerals, and vitamins. Another main ingredient that is sometimes added is corn. Some feeds add it and others don't. Usually not much of it is added in show formula rabbit feeds due to the high energy of corn. Some feed companies also add yucca to help control rabbit poop odor.
These are normally only a few of the ingredients. The ingredients are required by law to be somewhere on your bag or package of rabbit pellets. Normally that is printed on the back of your rabbit pellet bag or on a tag at the bottom of your rabbit pellet bag. The ingredients are listed in order from the ingredient that makes up the largest percentage by weight to the ingredient that makes up the lowest percentage by weight. That is why minerals and vitamins are normally near the end of the list.
Each brand of feed normally mixes their feed slightly different. The feed companies can switch the amount of different ingredients in their feed, but normally the percentages of protein, fiber, fat, and crude protein all have to stay the same. They sometimes switch the amounts to save costs. For instance, to keep the amount of protein the same, but do it at a cheaper cost say if soybean meal prices go up they may replace part of the soybean meal with another ingredient that keeps the protein to fiber ratio the same but can be mixed at a cheaper cost.
Normally feed companies can get base formulas for feeds for different kinds of animals from the US Department of Agriculture. Then they just modify those formulas some to create their own unique brand for certain qualities that they want.

The wood pellets will break down when urinated on and could potentially release harmful phenols that can be damaging to a rabbit's liver. Also I would say the wood pellets are a waste of money - all you need to is line the litter tray with newspaper and hay. If you want an alternative to wood pellets that I recommend Carefresh or Megazorb.

Depends. Most are a combination of fresh hay (alfalfa, timothy or oat), water and fresh vegetables.

Depends on the brand it usually says on the package. Usually the majority of it is Timothy Hay.
