No, not if youre talking about physical beauty. For one thing everyone has a different idea of what is beautiful. True perfection, which is not possible for any human to attain, would be radiant from within.

reverse the order.
Does perfection reflect beauty?
My answer to both is yes and yes.
But first definitions of beauty and definitions of perfection must be agreed upon.
There are objects and ideas and philosophies in this world that are both beautiful and perfect. Even the imperfect can be beautiful. The eye and the mind perceives what it sees and what it has learned and interprets it, makes it fit with the standards it has agreed upon.. The object or idea is either accepted or rejected.
Truth is beauty but truth may not be pretty or perfect. Within the eye of the beholder sleeps beauty and perfection is usually blind.

Beauty Only reflect the universal concept of what is pleasing to the eye of one or many. Perfection is some what of a relative term, there is no set path to travel to get to each of our ideas of beauty perfection.

Beauty reflects things as they should be. Perfection reflects things as we want them to be. Occasionally beauty and perfection coincide, but it does not always.

When an observer sees beauty they are seeing a reflection of their own essence in line with LOVE....if thats not perfection I don't know what would be.

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. One man's(woman's) beauty is another man's(woman's) lack of beauty. Material beauty only reflects a small portion of real beauty.

Beauty is just that. If you think something is perfect, you consider it beautiful. It is all about what you THINK is PERFECT. Everyone has their own concept of what they deem PERFECT, and thus BEAUTIFUL.

We just painted our living room and it is two toned. A light yellow on upper half and a nautical blue on lower, its great. We were iffy at first but when it was done we were amazed at the complimenting colors! Certain spices with a dish evoke an equal state of ecstasy. Our earthly senses are great and they are attuned for picking up on deliciousness but get not wrapped up in the physical things in this world. Yes, they are very mesmerizing but equally as destructive.
