Why doesn't she respond?

She likely doesn't respond personally because there are thousands of people who write to her and it would likely take up every minute of her time to respond to each and every one. Most popular actors on shows have a service that responds for them, but not all do because it costs money and they don't all make the big bucks. If you receive a response, it will take a while, but in all likelihood it will not be personal. Most likely you would get a form letter and a photo that may or may not have actually been signed by her. Have you checked to see if she has a website? You're more likely to get a response from a blog post or some such thing these days than fan mail.
You should also remember that this girl is just a person like anyone else, she just happens to have chosen acting as her profession and she got a part and is now on television... she's not really any different than you or me. Writing to the studio, Fan Clubs, and official websites are your best bet. Sometimes the website for whatever show she's on will have schedules posted for fan events, personal appearances, etc. Perhaps you can attend one of those, but they do have security guards poised to remove clingy fans, so be forewarned. ;-)

Honestly...if you were Bree would you write back to you?
She is a busy actress and many times has to be on set everyday. Not to mention that she wants to be able to live her life.
I would continue to be active in her fan community. Even if you become her best friend it is very unlikely that she could help you get your start in acting.

If all else fails, take your famous image of her to her fan club occasion or ssweekend and characteristic her sign it on your presence. merely positioned it in a e book or something so it does not get ruined earlier she warning signs it. Or deliver her unsigned image it to abc in NYC c/o OLTL with a stamped return envelope so all she has to do is sign it and stick it interior the envelope you provided and mail it decrease back to you. i'm particular one in each of her assistants or the prez of her fanclub might try this. you will discover that address online.

She probably does not have time to respond to fan letters. If you want a photograph, ask for one. Her secretary will probably respond to your request.
