Nah... I feel pretty good actually.
Messing with someone for several months now has finally paid off. LOL

It is just human nature I think. If this is a good person at heart, they will blame someone else b/c no body wants someone to be mad at them (wither they say it doesn't bother them or not). In other cases it is just the person is on the defense and you want to be "right" when you are defending yourself. If the person is mature enough they may blame others but with a little time they will come back and apologize and take responsibility.
Now, there are those people that are still immature and don't realize how they are hurting other people and one day they will realize what is truly important and not the stupid little details of life. "Pick your battles, know what is truly important". Hope this helps:)

Actually no. Some people were never taught to accept responsiblilty of their own actions. It must start at home. For example if your kid did something wrong in school, you sit them down and ask them what happened. Listen to them carefully and you will recognize they did nothing wrong, it was the teacher. You then ask them why do they think it is their teacher's fault what they had done wrong. You then explain to your child they have to accept responsibility for their own actions of doing something wrong and make them understand there are consequences when they do not.
I highly doubt we blame others to feel better. We blame others simply because we are taking the heat off of our shoulders and putting upon someone elses. It doesn't make the matter better in the long run, but it does make it better at that particular moment. Who likes getting in trouble or pissing someone we care about off.

Maybe they are to blame. I take responsibility for my actions and myself, and other people should take responsibility for themselves and their actions as well. This question really depends on what the situation is. In a lot of cases, there is more than one person at fault. And each should take responsibility. And too.....there are times when there truly is a victim of a situation, with no fault of their own. Why should someone take responsibility for everyone's actions in any particular situation.Think about it.

We blame others cause its simply easy to do. To move ones actions to another is like passing a heavy bowling ball off to someone else... its feels great yeah! For some though they start to feel bad looking over at their friend taking all the weight. Its just another factor of chaos that make us only human.

Yes, it's usually the most insecure people who blame others as an effort to make themself feel better. I've been a manager and I've seen it with my employees, the ones who do a horrible job blame their short-comings on everyone and everything except their own inabilities.

Psycologically, one does not like to admit to being wrong, in some instances an individual will divert the attention from themselves by implicating some one else, and in other cases the individual lacks a true sence of knowing right from wrong, and the last instance the person is just that cruel and callous.

Easy way out. It is easier to blame someone else rather than taking the blame.

Maybe they're scared of the truth and the consequences that lie behind it. Also, people blame others because they want to see the other person suffer.
