Liqueur is legal. I see no difference. Actually Liqueur is worse for you then marijuana. No one has died from Marijuana while there has been many deaths from liqueur. I would prefer to go home after work smoke a joint and be fine in the morning. With liquor you have a hangover. If marijuana became legal we would have more room in our jails. A lot of people are in jail for marijuana use and nothing more.

I honestly don't know. I don't smoke weed, but I know a lot of people that do. I see it this way. If people want to smoke, let them smoke (as long as it isn't laced). If it becomes legal (never going to happen) I think that groups will form to make other drugs like heroin and cocaine legal. The government will have a hard time setting a tax on weed and a lot of people will experiment with it. I do know people that smoke too much weed, but there's nothing I can do about that. Some people will probably get high 24/7 if it becomes legal. I guess there will have to be individual evaluations to see who is fit to smoke and who is not, or a set amount of weed u could smoke a day. I guess that's why it's illegal (too much confusion).
