Im guessing youre asking if Turkey can Invade Iraq and that If Iraq can be divided.
I guess anything is possible but if any country would attempt an Invasion on Iraq Right now would surely end up in a War with the US.
And even if the US left Iraq tommorow and the wurrounding countried tried to divide it it would surely end up in a War.
