Not likely. First off, in order to leave Earth and orbit the Sun they would have to travel at almost 25,000 mph! Volcanoes do spit rocks out at pretty high speeds, but nothing close to that.
Secondly, the largest asteroids are over 500 miles across. I don't recall their mass off the top of my head, but if you take half the mass and multiply it by the speed squared, that's how much energy is required to boost such an object into outer space - that's a lot of energy! Again, volcanoes don't have that much energy.
Thirdly, as someone else has already said, we have samples of asteroids right here on Earth, and they are quite obviously not volcanic in origin (in fact at the school where I work, I have both volcanic rocks and meteorites (space rocks) and I can assure you they are not similar in the least).

Unlikely, they are too far out. If they were spit out by Earth, they would have a similar orbital distance from the sun as the Earth does. Also, volcanic activity would not have enough force to send asteroid-sized objects out into space. Only an impact from an asteroid or comet could do that (and even then they would still not reach the asteroid belt -- that's beyond the orbit of Mars).

Oh, were to begin?
Let´s just end this right here: meteorites (which are of the same origin as the asteroidbelt) that have fallen to earth have been dated and found to be several billion years old. And since the dinosaur era ended 65 million years ago asteroid cannot be from that era.
Asteroid are also very different in compostiton than earth is. The ratio of elements is simply alien. Asteroids are leftover material from the formation of the solarsystem.
