Yeah, pretty much the smallest change in universal constants like the speed of light or the gravitational constant would cause the universe, physical laws, etc as we know it to completely collapse. It's even been used in arguments supporting the existence of a God, that by some miraculous odds, these constants have been set just right to facilitate everything we know, from the composition of matter to the existence of human beings

I can't remember the name, but there's actually a book that sets the sped of light at 30 mph and explains the world with that fact just to teach realtivity

The universe as we know it would fall apart! The atomic nucleus and electron orbits inside atoms would become unstable. Out very notions of space and time would cease to exist, as would we!

I guess we would almost never have a day time because it would take so long for the light to reach us. Also everything else would be slower.
